Stella Maris, the wife of popular actor Mr. Ibu, has made serious allegations against the actor’s adopted daughter, Jazmine, accusing her of misappropriating funds intended for Mr. Ibu’s medical treatment.
Mr. Ibu has been facing health challenges that garnered public attention, leading to generous donations from well-wishers for his surgeries and healthcare.
Despite undergoing seven surgeries, Mr. Ibu’s situation took a drastic turn when his leg was amputated last week. In a recent Instagram post, Stella Maris claimed that Jazmine has been clandestinely managing the bank account designated for donations.
She asserted that when she sought transparency regarding the funds, Jazmine responded with “lies and propaganda” against her.
Addressing Jazmine’s claim that she received a N1 million donation for personal use, Stella Maris clarified that the amount was deposited into her account per Mr. Ibu’s instructions to cover some domestic expenses.
She expressed bewilderment at Jazmine’s involvement in her family matters and asserted her lack of access to the main Access bank account where donations are made.
Stella Maris further detailed how Jazmine allegedly manipulated her way into controlling the account and accused her of recording private discussions for potential blackmail.
She also refuted claims that she sought the services of a native doctor, emphasizing her disinterest in such practices.
