Omobewaji Ewatomi, the wife of the controversial singer Portable, has taken legal action against DJ Chicken, filing a petition that highlights alleged threats to her life.
The petition, dated November 10, has been submitted to the Nigerian police, accusing the disc jockey, identified as Abiodun Ademola, of making life unbearable for her and her family.
Ewatomi, in an Instagram post on Friday, shared details from the petition, unveiling a disturbing narrative of threats and intimidation.
According to her, DJ Chicken threatened to expose a video of her engaging in a sexual act on social media.
The petition further alleges that the DJ vowed to kill Ewatomi and her family, prompting her to receive death threats from unknown numbers.
The concerned wife, in her petition, emphasized her status as a law-abiding woman who is happily married with children.
She sought to bring to the attention of law enforcement the criminal activities of DJ Chicken and his associates, who, she claims, are determined to make her family’s life unbearable.
Ewatomi recounts an unsettling series of events, including threatening phone calls and messages, making it difficult for her and her family to go out due to fear of potential harm orchestrated by DJ Chicken.
