Indigenous rapper, Olamide Adedeji, popularly known as Baddo by his numerous fans has successfully built a reputable brand.
Whether you are interested in hearing it or not, the rap artiste is always quick to note that he is the voice of the street to the extent that he even released a song titled, ‘Voice of the street.’
So, it is only natural that the young man would want to lend his voice to calls for cessation of killings by the dreaded Badoo cult in Ikorodu area of Lagos State lest his brand name is negatively affected.
But when Saturday Beats reached out to the rap artiste’s manager, Alexander Okeke, to know how the ‘Eni Duro’ singer felt about the development, he simply said that the rap artiste had no comment on the issue.
Further probed on the issue and how it could taint the reputation of the singer who is known to be the voice of the street, the manager kept insisting that the rap artiste had nothing to say.
When Saturday Beats tried reaching the singer directly via his telephone, it did not connect.
